Congressman Don Beyer (D-VA) and Congressman Pat Harrigan (R-NC) introduced bipartisan legislation to improve federal coordination of methane monitoring technologies and methane emission data-sharing, to better support the methane mitigation industry and prevent revenue loss due to leaks.
