KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A Belton, Mo., man pleaded guilty to production of child pornography, transportation of child pornography, possession of child pornography, and cyberstalking of a minor.
Carter Anderson, 32, was charged by an indictment in December 2025 for Anderson's criminal conduct occurring between October 2021 through January 2025. In his guilty plea, Anderson admitted that he engaged in a course of conduct in which he obtained sexually explicit images and videos of three minor victims by various means, including through a pattern of threats over the internet.
