BECKLEY, W.Va. - Deandre Jomar Harris, also known as "Dre," 33, of Beckley, was sentenced onFriday, August 28, 2026, to three years and two months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for distribution of fentanyl.
According to court documents and statements made in court, on September 10, 2024, Harris sold approximately 7.22 grams of a substance containing fentanyl to a confidential informant.
