Today, Congressman Tom Barrett (MI-07) celebrated the announcement of more than $12.5 million in U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) funding for real infrastructure improvements in Ingham County and the City of Lansing through the Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (BUILD) Grant Program.
