Today, U.S. Congressman Andy Barr (R-KY-06) announced the approval of $1,400,000 in federal funding through the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development appropriations process to support the Industrial Park Improvement Project in Montgomery County. Barr sponsored these funds being included in the funding package and President Trump recently signed the bill into law.
The funding was requested by the Montgomery County Fiscal Court and will be used to acquire property and complete critical site development improvements for a new industrial park, helping Montgomery County position for economic growth and job creation.
