OAKLAND - California Attorney General Rob Bonta today led a coalition of 14 attorneys general in submitting a comment letterto the U.S Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) opposing its proposed rule amendingexisting EPAregulations implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
