OAKLAND- California Attorney General Rob Bonta joined a multistate coalition of attorneys general insubmitting a comment letter (https://oag.ca.gov/system/files/attachments/press-docs/2699ma-ca-ct-ny-commentnca-5-proposed-amendmentfinal.pdf)opposing the U.S. Global Change Research Program's (USGCRP) proposal to amend the Fifth National Climate Assessment (NCA5).
