(COLUMBIA, S.C.) -South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced a major legal victory yesterday as a U.S. district court granted a motion to dismiss a challenge to an election integrity law in South Carolina, ruling the plaintiffs had no legal basis to sue.



"This ruling is a win for election integrity in South Carolina," Attorney General Wilson stated. "Citizens must have confidence that ballots are cast without interference in free and fair elections."
