Cadets at The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina, who minor in fine arts can be seen wearing a patch on their uniform that combines the sharp, structured silhouette of The Citadel's iconic architecture with the swirling yellows and blues of Vincent van Gogh's "Starry Night."
