At a hearing of the Senate Armed Services Committee, U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) secured an agreement from Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy, Michael Cadenazzi, on working together towards cracking down on defense contractors' purchase of stock buybacks to prevent taxpayer dollars from going to waste.
