Last week, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) released nearly $13.5 million in funding to support disaster recovery in Pennsylvania. The funding is the latest to be released after U.S. Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) penned a letter (https://www.fetterman.senate.gov/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/20260429_FEMA-COVID-Reimbursements.pdf) in April urging the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to release delayed grants to entities across the Commonwealth.
