BOWLING GREEN, Ky., Sept. 8 -- Western Kentucky University issued the following news release:
An estimated 500 fourth graders from Warren County will participate in the 31st annual Progressive Agriculture Safety Days(R) program on September 24, 2026, at WKU's L.D. Brown Agricultural Exposition Center.
The field trip provides fourth-grade students with a fun, interactive educational experience focused on important safety topics they may encounter in their everyday lives. Throughout the day, students will rotate through sessions including sun protection, hearing protection, helmet use, first aid, animal safety, prevention of vaping, fire safety, and CPR.
