WASHINGTON, July 22 -- Antitrust Division has issued a notice called: Notice Pursuant to the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 1993-The Integrated Photonics Institute for Manufacturing Innovation Operating Under the Name of The American Institute for Manufacturing Integrated Photonics.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 22 by Suzanne Morris, Deputy Director Civil Enforcement Operations, Antitrust Division.
