UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa., Sept. 24 -- Pennsylvania State University issued the following news release:
HERSHEY, Pa. - Four Diamonds and Penn State THON, philanthropic partners in the fight to conquer childhood cancer, have announced that two organizations will now have permanent recognition in Beaver Stadium at Penn State University Park. Made possible by an anonymous gift to Penn State Athletics, banner signage with both of the organizations' names and logos will be installed at Gate B in the stadium home to the Nittany Lions.
The gift supports the Beaver Stadium Revitalization Project, a multi-year, $700 million capital improvement project by Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics to upgrade the iconic football venue. The donor, who said they...
