ANNUAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURE DUE BY DEC. 1

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark., Oct. 9 -- The University of Arkansas issued the following news release:

The U of A requires all full-time employees (30 hours or more per week) to complete an annual Conflict of Interest and/or Commitment (COI/C) Disclosure in accordance with university policy. A COI/C disclosure is required for all full-time employees, regardless of whether they have a conflict to report.

The COI/C task will be assigned to all eligible employees through Workday on Thursday, Oct.15. As you complete this year's COI/C form, you'll see a few enhancements aimed at making reporting more intuitive, such as the ability to enter explanatory text immediately after identifying a potential conflict.
