WASHINGTON, Aug. 28 -- Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has issued a notice called: State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry: Determination of Nonregulated Status for Blight-Tolerant Darling 54 American Chestnut (Castanea dentata).
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 28 by Sarah Helming, Acting Administrator, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service.
