WASHINGTON, Feb. 11 -- Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has issued a notice called: Soil Culture Solutions, LLC: Availability of a Petition for a Determination of Nonregulated Status and Draft Plant Pest Risk Assessment for HLB-Resistant Carrizo Citrange Rootstock (CarriCea).
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 11 by Kelly Moore, Acting Administrator, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service.
