WASHINGTON, Oct. 16 -- Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has issued a notice called: Notice of Request for Revision to and Extension of Approval of an Information Collection; National Veterinary Services Laboratories; Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy Surveillance Program.
