WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 -- Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has issued a notice called: Bayer U.S.-Crop Science: Availability of a Petition for a Determination of Nonregulated Status and Draft Plant Pest Risk Assessment for MON 94637 Lepidopteran-Protected Soybean (Glycine Max).
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 18 by Kelly Moore, Acting Administrator, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service.
