Congresswoman Uifa'atali Amata is honoring the February 6th birthday of the late President Ronald Reagan, and recalling his historic video message sent to American Samoa and the South Pacific Conference, which was hosted in American Samoa that year by Uifa'atali Governor Peter Coleman.
