Tallahassee, Florida - Matthew Fooladian, 25, of Panama City, Florida, pleaded guilty in federal court toone count each of distribution, receipt, and possession of child pornography. The plea was announced by John P. Heekin, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida.
