WASHINGTON, Aug. 27 -- Agricultural Marketing Service has issued a rule called: Tart Cherries Grown in the States of Michigan, et al.; Free and Restricted Percentages for the 2024-2025 Crop Year.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 27 by Erin Morris, Administrator, Agricultural Marketing Service.

Summary: This final rule implements a recommendation from the Cherry Industry Administrative Board (Board) to establish free market tonnage percentages (free percentages) and restricted percentages for the 2024-2025 crop year under the Federal marketing order for tart cherries grown in the states of Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.
