AGRICULTURAL MARKETING SERVICE ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: MEMBERSHIP ADJUSTMENT OF THE MUSHROOM COUNCIL

WASHINGTON, Aug. 25 -- Agricultural Marketing Service has issued a proposed rule called: Membership Adjustment of the Mushroom Council.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 25 by Erin Morris, Administrator, Agricultural Marketing Service.

Summary: This proposed rule invites comments on realigning and reallocating representation on the Mushroom Council as prescribed in the Mushroom Promotion, Research, and Consumer Information Order by adjusting the states in Regions 1 and 3 and reallocating a member from Region 1 to Region 3.
