Following the Air Force's discontinuation of a legacy virtual eLearning continuous process improvement training platform earlier this year, Air Education and Training Command unveiled an intensive, in-person curriculum designed to cultivate agile problem-solvers directly within operational units.
Developed by a HQ AETC Master Process Officer (MPO), the newly minted Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Green Belt course graduated an initial beta cohort of ten students from across AETC on Oct. 16 at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph.
