WASHINGTON, July 2 -- Administration for Children and Families has issued a rule called: Reducing Bureaucracy and Burden for Children, Youth, and Family Programs.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 2 by Robert F. Kennedy, Secretary, Department of Health and Human Services.

Summary: This final rule removes duplicative and unnecessary sections from the Runaway and Homeless Youth Program regulations. These amendments will streamline the Runaway and Homeless Youth Program regulations to make them more accessible to the public.
