WASHINGTON, April 6 -- Administration for Children and Families has issued a proposed rule called: Work Participation Rate Calculation Changes: Recalibration of the Caseload Reduction Credit and Prohibition of Small Checks in Work Participation Rate Calculation.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 6 by Robert F. Kennedy, Secretary, Department of Health and Human Services.
