WASHINGTON, Oct. 14 -- Administration for Children and Families has issued a proposed rule called: Further Reducing Bureaucracy and Burden From the Administration for Native Americans.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 14 by Robert F. Kennedy, Secretary, Department of Health and Human Services.
