SACRAMENTO, Calif., Sept. 15 -- The California State Assembly Democratic Caucus issued the following news release:

SAN LUIS OBISPO - Assemblymember Dawn Addis (D-Morro Bay) released the following statement on the United States Supreme Court's ruling (https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/25pdf/26a305_4g15.pdf) to block the Trump Administration's restrictions on voting by mail:
