39 CFR PART 111 ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: SHAPE-BASED LABELING LISTS

WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- 39 CFR Part 111 has issued a proposed rule called: Shape-Based Labeling Lists.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 20 by Daria Valan, Attorney, Ethics and Legal Compliance.

Summary: The Postal Service (USPS(R)) is proposing to amend Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM(R)) in various sections to implement shape-based labeling lists for SCF letters, flats, and parcels.
