Karur stampede : AIADMK creates ruckus, launch sit-in dharna, stages walks out Chennai, Oct 15 (UNI) The principal Opposition AIADMK today created ruckus in the Tamil Nadu Assembly over the Karur stampede that claimed 41 lives during the political rally of TVK Founder ad actor Vijay, staged a sit in dharna in front of the Chair and later staged a noisy walk out from the House.After the Question Hour, leaders of various parties had given notice to take the Karur tragedy issue.When Speaker M Appavu agreed to take up the issue and said Chief Minister MK Stalin would make an initial statement after which the members would be allowed the speak.चेन्नई, 15 अक्टूबर (वार्ता)तमिलनाडु में प्रमुख विपक्षी दल अन्नाद्रमुक ने आज विधानसभा में टीवीके संस्थापक और अभिनेता विजय की राजनीतिक रैली के दौरान करूर भगदड़ में 41 लोगों की मौत को लेकर हंगामा किया, आसन के सामने धरना दिया और बाद में शोरगुल के साथ सदन से बहिर्गमन किया।
प्रश्नकाल के बाद, विभिन्न दलों के नेताओं ने करूर त्रासदी के मुद्दे पर चर्चा के लिए नोटिस दिया था।
जब अध्यक्ष एम. अप्पावु ने इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा के लिए सहमति व्यक्त की और कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री एम.के. स्टालिन प्रारंभिक वक्तव्य देंगे, जिसके बाद सदस्यों को बोलने की अनुमति दी जाएगी।
However, AIADMK General Secretary and Leader of the Opposition Edappadi K Palaniswami objected to this stating that as the princiapl Opposition party leader he shoulhd be first allowed to speak on the issue after which the Chief Minister can reply to it.When the Speaker asked Mr Stalin to give is opening remarks, Mr Palaniswami objected to it and prevented him from speaking.The Chief Minister listed out the detailed steps taken by his government soon after coming to knowof the incident, including deputing senior Ministers to the spot, mobilising doctors from neoghbouring Districts, announcing solatium, and air dashing to Karur to meet the families of the deceased andconsoled them and meeting those admitted to the hospitals and enquired about the treatment beinggiven them.हालांकि अन्नाद्रमुक महासचिव और विपक्ष के नेता एडप्पादी के. पलानीस्वामी ने इस पर आपत्ति जताते हुए कहा कि मुख्य विपक्षी दल के नेता होने के नाते उन्हें पहले इस मुद्दे पर बोलने की अनुमति दी जानी चाहिए, जिसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री इसका जवाब दे सकते हैं।
जब अध्यक्ष ने श्री स्टालिन से आरंभिक टिप्पणी देने को कहा, तो श्री पलानीस्वामी ने इस पर आपत्ति जताई और उन्हें बोलने से रोक दिया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने घटना की जानकारी मिलने के तुरंत बाद अपनी सरकार द्वारा उठाए गए कदमों का विस्तृत ब्यौरा दिया,जिसमें वरिष्ठ मंत्रियों को घटनास्थल पर तैनात करना, पड़ोसी जिलों से डॉक्टरों को बुलाना, क्षतिपूर्ति की घोषणा करना और मृतकों के परिवारों से मिलने के लिए करूर पहुँचना शामिल था।
बाद में उन्हें सांत्वना दी और अस्पतालों में भर्ती लोगों से मिलकर उनके इलाज के बारे में जानकारी ली।
Later, when Mr Palaniswami started speaking about the Karur incident and blamed the governmentfor not making adequate security arrangements, Transport Minister S S Sivasankar made some remarkson the Tuticorin police firing incident against the anti-sterlite protestors during the previous AIADMK regime.This triggered strong protests from the AIADMK members who wanted the Chair to expunge the Minister's remarks.Intervening Mr Stalin said the Minister had not made any wrong remarks and that it need not be expunged.The AIADMK members remained unrelented shouted slogans and disrupted the proceedings of theHouse.Noisy scenes prevailed in the Assembly as the AIADMK members rushed to the well of the House,surrounded the Speaker's chair to press their demand. Later, staged a sit in dharna in front of hischair and shouted slogans demanding expunction of the remarks.जब श्री पलानीस्वामी ने करूर की घटना के बारे में बोलना शुरू किया और सरकार पर पर्याप्त सुरक्षा व्यवस्था न करने का आरोप लगाया, तो परिवहन मंत्री एस. एस. शिवशंकर ने पिछली अन्नाद्रमुक सरकार के दौरान तूतीकोरिन में स्टरलाइट विरोधी प्रदर्शनकारियों पर पुलिस गोलीबारी की घटना पर कुछ टिप्पणी की।
इस पर अन्नाद्रमुक सदस्यों ने कड़ा विरोध जताया और वे चाहते थे कि सभापति मंत्री की टिप्पणी को सदन से हटा दें।
हस्तक्षेप करते हुए श्री स्टालिन ने कहा कि मंत्री ने कोई गलत टिप्पणी नहीं की है और इसे हटाने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
अन्नाद्रमुक सदस्य लगातार नारे लगाते रहे और सदन की कार्यवाही बाधित की।
इस बीच विधानसभा में शोरगुल का माहौल रहा और अन्नाद्रमुक सदस्य सदन के वेल में पहुँच गए तथा अपनी माँग पर ज़ोर देने के लिए अध्यक्ष के आसन को घेर लिया। इसके बाद वे उनके आसन के सामने धरने पर बैठ गए और टिप्पणी को हटाने की माँग करते हुए नारे लगाने लगे।
Mr Appavu's repeated and fervent appeals to the AIADMK members to resume their seats went unheeded.After making a vain bid and when it appeared like the Speaker would order their en masse eviction,the AIADMK members led by Mr Palaniswami staged a noisy walk out from the State Assembly shouting slogans denouncing the ruling DMK for the Karur tragedy.Later, Mr Stalin, speaking in the House. said the AIADMK memebrs had come to the Assembly witha pre-planned motive to disrupt the proceedings.Since it could not cobble up a mega and massive alliance as it has been claiming, it has been planning to have an electoral tie-up with the Vijay's TVK. Hence, they created ruckus in the House in support of the actor.श्री अप्पावु द्वारा अन्नाद्रमुक सदस्यों से अपनी सीटों पर जाने की बार-बार की गई जोरदार अपील अनसुनी कर दी गई।
व्यर्थ प्रयास करने के बाद और जब ऐसा लगा कि अध्यक्ष उन्हें सामूहिक रूप से बाहर निकालने का आदेश देंगे,श्री पलानीस्वामी के नेतृत्व में अन्नाद्रमुक सदस्यों ने करूर त्रासदी के लिए सत्तारूढ़ द्रमुक की निंदा करते हुए नारे लगाते हुए राज्य विधानसभा से शोरगुल भरा वाकआउट किया।
बाद में श्री स्टालिन ने सदन में बोलते हुए कहा कि अन्नाद्रमुक सदस्य कार्यवाही बाधित करने के पूर्व नियोजित उद्देश्य से विधानसभा में आए थे।
चूँकि वह दावा करता रहा है कि वह एक विशाल और व्यापक गठबंधन नहीं बना सका, इसलिए वह विजय की टीवीके के साथ चुनावी गठबंधन करने की योजना बना रहा है।
Even if the alliance got formalised between AIADMK and TVK it would not succeed and the peoplewill teach them a fitting lesson in the 2026 Assembly elections.Mr Stalin wondered whether the AIADMK would have shown keen interest on the issue even if any of its party cadres are affected on the tragedy.He also said the late arrival of Vijay for the rally was the reason for the stampede as people werewaiting under hot sun for several hours without food and drinking water facilities.UNI GV 1315इसलिए, उन्होंने अभिनेता के समर्थन में सदन में हंगामा किया।
