Hyderabad, Sept. 2 -- Zuari Gangothri Tribhuja is developing a premium residential project at Kollur in Hyderabad with an investment of Rs 2,600 CroreSpread across 9.16 acres, the project consists of nine towers and 1,730 residential units, the company said in a release on Wednesday.
Located around 400 metres from the Outer Ring Road (ORR), the project is positioned within the Hyderabad Growth Corridor Limited (HGCL) limits and offers direct connectivity to ORR Exit-2.
The project is also surrounded by the 640-acre Kollur IT SEZ corridor, according to the project details.
The development comprises exclusive 3 and 4 BHK residences ranging from 1,679 sq ft to 3,126 sq ft.
