Harare, July 25 -- Zimbabwe won the toss and elected to field against India in the second T20 International of the five-match series at the Harare Sports Club here on Saturday, banking on early assistance for the seamers from the winter wicket.
Zimbabwe captain Sikandar Raza said the decision was influenced by the conditions, though he felt the surface appeared better than the one used in the opening match.
"We want to bowl first because the winter wicket is usually a bit spicier at the start. Hopefully our seamers can make early inroads. The surface looks better today than it did in the first game, but there should still be some assistance early on," Raza said after the toss.
