Fatehpur, July 25 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday backed the Centre's proposed stringent anti-paper leak legislation, saying those responsible for ruining the future of students would face severe punishment, while alleging that the Congress and the Samajwadi Party had nurtured the paper leak mafia.

Addressing a public meeting after inaugurating and laying the foundation stone of 125 development projects worth more than Rs 489 crore for the Fatehpur Sadar and Ayah Shah Assembly constituencies, Yogi said there were "only two places" for those involved in paper leaks: "jail or hell".
