Lucknow, Sept. 8 -- Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday said Uttar Pradesh has the potential to emerge as a global textile hub, leveraging its rich heritage, skilled workforce, entrepreneurial ecosystem, industrial base and the country's largest consumer market.
