Mumbai, Sept. 18 -- Vice President C P Radhakrishnan on Friday stressed the need to preserve valuable practices and traditions for future generations, saying yoga should remain relevant for the entire lifespan of humanity.
Addressing the Platinum Jubilee celebrations of the Gordhandas Seksaria College of Yoga and Cultural Synthesis at Kaivalyadhama here, the Vice President said practices of the past that have lasting value should be preserved for the future.
"We all know that change is constant. But we must also understand one more thing: all good practices of the past must be preserved for the future. In that sense, yoga is not for one generation. Yoga should remain for the whole lifespan of humanity," he said.
