Mumbai, June 22 -- Marking International Day of Yoga, actor Kubbra Sait reflected on the deeper meaning of yoga, describing it as a practice of self-connection, balance and acceptance rather than merely a form of physical exercise.
Sait shared a video on social media, expressing her experiences and thoughts about yoga. She said that most people think of yoga as a means of making the body flexible or mastering difficult asanas, whereas for her, yoga means connecting with oneself and returning within oneself.
She wrote, "People think yoga is about touching your toes. For me, it's been about touching base with myself." She said that yoga is not only an important medium for physical health, but also for mental and emotional balance.
