Hyderabad, June 1 -- In a significant development in the alleged phone tapping case, Government Whip and Jadcherla MLA Yennam Srinivas Reddy is scheduled to appear before the Special Investigation Team (SIT) for questioning on Monday.
According to sources, Yennam Srinivas Reddy will record his statement before officials at 1100 hours at the Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) office under the Commissioner of Police. The inquiry will be conducted on the 18th floor of the building located on Road No. 12 in Banjara Hills.
His appearance follows the second notice issued by the SIT probing the alleged phone tapping activities that reportedly took place during the tenure of the previous government.
