New Delhi, July 18 -- For Yastika Bhatia, the century at Lord's was much more thana personal milestone.

It was the reward for nearly 18 months of patience, hard work and self-belief after an ACL injury threatened to derail her career. The India wicketkeeper-batter says the toughest phase of her journey has left her mentally stronger and convinced that every setback can become the foundation for an even better comeback.

Bhatia spent around 18 months on the sidelines after suffering an ACL injury, missing India's triumphant home ODI World Cup campaign in 2025 as well as the Women's Premier League earlier this year.
