Tirumala, May 19 -- A worker died after accidentally falling from a three-storey building while carrying out repair work in Tirumala on Tuesday.
According to police, the deceased, identified as Manikandan (35), slipped and fell while repairing a water tank atop a building near the Avadhoota Datta Peetham.
He sustained serious injuries and was immediately shifted to Ruia Hospital in Tirupati for treatment. Doctors later declared him dead while undergoing treatment.
