Lucknow, April 15 -- The issue of women's reservation dominated political discourse on Wednesday as Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati called for inclusive implementation of the proposed legislation.

Mayawati urged the government to ensure fair representation for women from marginalized communities.

She stressed that without separate quotas for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) women, the policy may fail to benefit those most in need.
