Hyderabad, June 10 -- Telangana Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Minister Danasari Anasuya Seethakka on Wednesday said the progress of women is the progress of society and asserted that the State Government is implementing several programmes aimed at ensuring economic empowerment and financial security for women.
Participating in a programme at Gandhi Bhavan for the distribution of sewing machine training certificates to 3,000 women from the Bhuvanagiri Parliamentary constituency, the Minister said Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy was moving forward with the vision that women's advancement would lead to the development of Telangana.
