New Delhi, April 18 -- A day after the Constitution (131st Amendment) Bill was defeated by a united opposition in the Lok Sabha, the BJP on Saturday slammed the Opposition-particularly the Congress and the DMK-saying that their "hypocrisy" on women's empowerment and "constitutional illiteracy" had been exposed.
