Akola, June 30 -- A shocking incident has come to light of an assault on a woman security guard at the District Women's Hospital in Akola in Vidarbha region of Maharashtra.
The entire episode was captured on the hospital's CCTV cameras on Tuesday.
According to hospital sources, an argument broke out between a woman patient and her husband on the hospital premises. The security guard, who was on duty, intervened in an attempt to defuse the situation. However, the patient's husband allegedly became enraged and a short while later, he reportedly confronted the security guard near the NICU intensive care section and physically assaulted her.
