New Delhi, Nov. 27 -- A 38-year-old woman has been arrested by police after absconding for four years for her alleged involvement in the murder case of a man who had visited her residence to recover money owed to him in Delhi's Samaypur Badli, an officer said on Thursday.

According to police, the accused woman, who is the wife of one of the other accused, was declared a proclaimed offender on May 19, 2022. She was wanted for her alleged involvement in the murder of Abhishek, also known as Monu, they said.

The incident occurred on November 21, 2021, when the victim visited the house of one of the accused, Hukam Chand, in Siraspur to recover money owed to him, a senior police officer said.
