Kasganj (UP) , March 6 -- A 50-year-old woman died after being hit on the head with a brick during a dispute between two sides of the same family in Bhagupura village of Amanpur area in Kasganj district, police said on Friday.
The deceased, Ruchi, wife of Pawan Solanki, was sitting outside her house on Thursday evening when an argument broke out.
According to reports, a person nearby had been bitten by a dog, which led to a dispute. During the argument, Shivam, the son of her cousin brother-in-law Neeraj, allegedly started abusing Ruchi.
When she protested, he reportedly dragged her into his house and attacked her with a brick, striking her on the head.
Hearing her screams, family members and villagers rushed to rescue her. Police arriv...
