Chennai, July 22 -- In a shocking incident, a middle-aged woman threw her three children into a farm well located behind the Integrated District Court complex and later ended her life by jumping into it following a family dispute at Thadangam village in Dharmapuri district of Tamil Nadu last night.
Police identified the deceased as Amsa (35), wife of a construction worker Saravanan. She had tied stones on the bodies of her children--daughters Jeevitha (16) and six year old Naveena, and three-year-old-son Kumaran--before throwing them into the well.
