Birbhum, April 13 -- union Home Minister Amit Shah promised in West Bengal's Birbhum district today that within 45 days after the BJP forms the government in West Bengal, land will be handed over to the Centre to set up fencing and walls in the entire porous Indo-Bangladesh border to stop infiltration.
