Mumbai, Aug. 12 -- BJP state chief spokesperson Navnath Ban on Tuesday questioned Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut over his criticism of the state government in the unfortunate incident in which three girl students died of snakebite at an ashram school in Gadchiroli.
Ban said Raut should first have checked who owned and operated the school before attempting to politicise the tragedy.
The ashram school is run by an institution headed by Marot Rao Kowase, a former Congress MP.
Ban asked whether Raut, who has been questioning the state government and the Tribal Development Minister over the incident, would also question the Congress over the functioning of the institution running the school.
