Chennai, Aug. 29 -- With the crucial Assembly elections in the offing,the ruling DMK will stall all afforts for undertaking the Special IntensiveRevision (SIR) exercise in Tamil Nadu by the Election Commission ofIndia (ECI), Chief Minister nr DMK President M K Stalin declared today.
