Hyderabad, Aug. 31 -- Communist Party of India (CPI) national leader Dr K Narayana on Monday questioned the RSS leadership over its alleged difference in messaging on Hindu-Muslim unity in India and the United States.

In a statement, while reacting to recent remarks attributed to RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat during his visit to the US, Narayana said Bhagwat had spoken positively about Hindu-Muslim unity, humanity and India's "unity in diversity". He also referred to Bhagwat's reported statement that a person who believes Muslims should not live in India cannot be a true Hindu.

Narayana welcomed the reported remarks but questioned why such a message was being emphasised during a visit to the US and was not being articulated with the same clarit...
